This document is a public offer from the seller whose listings appear on the junk0801.com storefront, and sets out the terms for buying and selling PUBG game accounts.

junk0801.com is a storefront: it accepts no payments, stores no buyer personal data and is not a party to settlements. All deals take place on FunPay, which acts as the guarantor and holds the payment until the buyer confirms.

Placing an order on FunPay means full and unconditional acceptance of this offer.

Within the deal the seller provides:

• Verification of the binding details supplied by the buyer
• Help with changing the account binding
• Support throughout the deal until the buyer confirms
• Warranty service under the terms of the Warranty section

Funds are held for the duration of the deal by FunPay: the payment is frozen and released to the seller only after the buyer confirms.

• Buyer — the person purchasing the game account
• Seller — the person selling the game account, owner of the junk0801.com storefront
• FunPay — the platform providing payment security and dispute resolution

• Start: the buyer picks an account on the storefront and opens the listing on FunPay.
• Payment: the buyer pays for the listing on FunPay — the funds are held by the platform.
• Details and verification: the buyer provides the contact details for binding Steam — email address and phone number. If verification fails, the deal is cancelled and the payment is refunded in full.
• Binding: the seller helps change the account binding.
• Buyer's check: the buyer inspects the inventory and stats and confirms there are no issues.
• Completion: the buyer confirms the deal on FunPay, after which the funds go to the seller.

• If verification fails, the deal is cancelled and the money is refunded to the buyer in full.
• FunPay safeguards the buyer's funds for the duration of the deal.
• The seller is not liable for the buyer's actions after the deal is completed and the account handed over.
• An account compromised through the buyer's own negligence (phishing, no authenticator, etc.) is not covered by the warranty, though the seller will help limit the damage.
• Voluntarily changing the email is treated as commercial activity, which voids the warranty. If you changed the email and phone in case of resale, 30% of the original amount must be returned to cover the fee.

The FunPay platform fee is included in the final listing price and cannot be changed once the deal has started.

The buyer is refunded in the following cases:

• The account is no longer available
• The account was recovered by its original owner
• The account does not match the stated description

Refunds are issued through FunPay using the same method as the payment.

If the original owner recovers the account, the seller will take every possible step to get it back within 7 days. If the account is lost for good, the money is refunded in full.
